Hillcrest Middle School offers its students a variety of interscholastic and intramural sports. Current offerings include the following:
- Girls' basketball
- Boys' basketball
- Girls' volleyball
- Boys' flag football
In addition, Mr. Lewis has organized the students into four "houses," patterned after schools in his native England. The houses compete in a variety of lunchtime sports, school spirit and academic activities to earn points and win the coveted "House Trophy!"
